‘Tangerine Dream’ | Bohemian ruched skirt made from Bright Red Cotton Cambric fabric. The picture says it all… Feminine and full… This skirt is heavily inspired by Victorian bustle skirts and I have use several yards of fabric to create some drama and make a statement but the skirt is still very light as the fabric is cotton. There are two different ways to wear this skirt. You can tie the ribbons underneath (see photo) to create a full ruched effect around the entire skirt, or you can untie them and wear it as a wide straight skirt.
