Wendi Jones said that a Wen Wear Fashion get together was long overdue. So when she spread the word about the Second Annual Wen Wear Fashion Cook Off it was welcomed message. Friends and close associates brought new attendees to the event and a good time was had by all.
Wendi says that Wen Wear is where you will find handcrafted crochet or sewn items. As she has come to grips with her creative self she found that she enjoyed making each item unique. Wendi doesn’t make exact replicas of items; each item is distinct from the next. She does personal orders (Wendi calls them ‘thrilling’.) And she looks forward to the creating and designing new items for you.
The Wen Wear Fashion Food Cook Off was a chance to show off your cooking skills while while Wendi showed off her designs. Attendees also had a chance to win a free Wen Wear item. As the evening progressed more people appeared and shared their concoctions for the Cook Off. Everyone became infatuated with Wendi’s exceptional creations and had to have her fashions added to their collections.
The event was a success and now Wendi plans to have another affair in early March so if you are in the ATL you should come and check it out. For some of your “Gardeners” out there, Wendi’s next event is an oldie but goodie: A CROCHET STRUT!
