Several months ago Scottie Lowe shared her AfroerotiK romance, At Last. And we were so inspired by this creation that several of us worked together to create captures that visually imagined her prose.
Moments in her story like…
“He could whisper in my ear, telling me all the things he wanted to do to me, describing his fantasies about me in poetic, glorious detail and I would melt.”
and…
“Instinctively, I pushed back, grinding the soft, full curves of my ass against him, leaning my body back and luxuriating in his hands caressing my waist and his nibbles to my earlobe. I could feel my temperature rising and my body was responding to his every touch.”
…inspired photographer and model alike.
And when we featured the story we posted it in two parts so that we could feature some of the images too. It was a difficult decision to choose which images would complement the story and we didn’t want to do a complete image set with the prose because we thought it should stand on its own.
However on this day that we celebrate black love, we thought it was time to share more captures from the set. These are the images we select from for the first part of At Last. Now you tell us… did we choose the right images for Scottie’s story?
