The earthSistas always strive to provide an provocative and stimulating escapade on our Monday nights at the Apache Cafe. Last month, Bobby Williams (the artist behind WillowBMedia) joined with the muses of the Garden to share a unique artistic experience with Apache’s patrons. And it just that; an experience more than a technique.
We first got a peek at Bobby’s unique approach to the process when he shared the captures he created with earthSista-in-waiting KieraSati. But the most interesting thing about the Primal Paint experience is how the approach lends itself to a variety of interpretations, allowing artists, photographers and models to inject their own creative spin into the process. A Monday night at Apache Cafe seemed to be the perfect opportunity to explore procedure in a group setting. These are a few of my capture of the night’s exploits.
The night’s experiences sparked the curiosity of several of the photographers and earthSistas and this curious notion led to a photographer’s only event that was live and uncensored a couple of weeks later. Look to see those images featured here soon.
